Return Process

  Ensure the memobottle™ is unused and placed back in its original premium packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
